This was at one time one of the best holiday tournaments around. UMB is a good team and needs to improve the caliber of the teams coming in. You can see by the fact that there has been no replies to your post, that interest is low in these matchups.

I think Manhattanville beat Assumtion 6-1......someone can double check that but thats what Assumtion's athletic page is reporting.

No thit -- they're all focused on what is happening up in your neck of the woods in a few days.

        But

        Codfish Bowl -- finals
        3rd place J&W 6 SNH 4
        Championship: Suffolk 2 UMB 1

          UMB -1
          Suffolk - 2

I guess maybe they should do the opposite then right? Seeing how Suffolk beat them and all...

surprised that UMB lost. Not much going on here, just have to play Curry, NEC/Potsdam, Plattsburgh, Bowdoin and Colby in just nine days, five in nine.

SUNY Canton grabbed a slim lead early in the second period after a scoreless first period when Eric Cook (Cary, N.C.) scored from Kristian Daley (Canton, N.Y.) and Adam Fedor (Orleans, Ontario) at the 2:28 mark.

Look at the box score of the Suffolk - Mass Boston game. Did the shot counter have a crick in the neck??

                  Remaining scores:
                  Manhattanville 6 Assumption 1
                  Becker 5 SUNY-Canton 2

Also very surprised UMB lost this one, considering the caliber of the teams they invited in. UMB needs to elevate the Codfish Bowl and make it a great holiday tourney once again. Why didnt they invite back last year's winner to defend? Why dont they invite in a SUNY team or an ECAC-W team? I would think these type pgms would love to bring their teams (and alumni) to downtown Boston for a winter weekend.

I'd like to see Curry, UMB, and a good ECAC-W, NESCAC, or SUNY team to round it off!! It makes no sense to have a Div. II team or another ECACNE team in it for others to want to play!! The div. II's don't count.

I think there's a link that you can follow on Hamline's website.
