The reason for the talent in the west? Because MN didn't rely on Canada.

Re: The Hockey News Ranks College Jerseys
The Hockey News has no business talking about college hockey. Ever. They are a complete joke when it comes to the subject.Keep an open mind. Just don't be so open-minded that your brain falls out.

Yeah... I'd be okay with Maine or the black NU jerseys beating BU in HE... but PC?Let's go Terriers!
It hasn't taken me long to realize, everybody here knows a lot more than me about college hockey...

I think the best jersey in the country is the UAA away green. LSSU is a close second with the classic and unique anchor.

I really hope they use *****http://www.stlawu.edu/athletics/sites/stlawu.edu.athletics/files/imagecache/sports_panel_featured_story/story_images/mhoc3.jpg?****** this jersey for SLU in the ECAC contest, as I feel it's a real solid sweater, as do many other people I have talked to at various games.

Originally posted by slurpees View Postthey are nice but i think they're going with the staple jersey. ive never been a fan of nu's regular home/away's. the striping is very busy and the lack of solidarity of one logo/design year to year makes it confusing. the black third is a real nice one though.Originally posted by BakuninLearning the history and actually suffering through it are very different things. You simply can't appreciate a title as much if you don't suffer through a lot of failure beforehand. To put it another way, if MNS ever gets any, he'll appreciate the experience on a far deeper level than the rest of us did when it was our first time, simply because he's gone far longer and failed far more than we ever did.
