It is like when your hockey team gets one power play after another and can never score. Then they throw in a 5 minute major, and not only do you not score, you don't even get a shot off. This goes on for game after game after game. You've gone 0-your last 35 on the power play and now you are squeezing the sticks so tightly you can't score at all, ever.

So that means it is left up to the voters. Will enough do the right thing? Are there Senators who will pay for sticking their treasonous heads in the sand? Will we see an even bigger Democratic majority in the House? I mean these are the people who keep electing a piece of human stool like Nunes or McConnell and 63,000,000 voted for trump. Nothing that happens between now and next November matters unless it moves enough Americans to ask themselves some very serious questions, and for those Americans to finally do the right thing and vote the current version of the republican party into oblivion.
Nothing is going to convinces GOP voters. They aren't even seeing this: if they actually see the hearings on Fox they will be massaged at every turn by those propagandists into believing what they are seeing is a Dem coup / DEEP STATE!!! / total exoneration etc. They just don't have the ability to understand they are being manipulated or they would have years ago.

Every vote Dump got in 2016 he is getting again unless the voter has literally died, and even then there will be enough replacement by first time voters from Dump families to make up for that.

It comes down to the rest of the country: have people finally had enough of the Nazis? Will so many people vote that the GOP can't steal it either by vote suppression, state electoral fraud, or partisan Court decision?

This is really it. So the future of the country is resting largely on the shoulders of people who don't always bother to vote. That will sure help me sleep better tonight.

"Don't bother" can also mean "have no reason to because the Democratic party always f-cks them."

Depends. Are they on the side of Nazis, or not.

"good people on both sides" ain't gonna cut it right now.

No. She's a huge part of the problem. She had plenty of chances to denounce the insanity of her party. She's either a fellow traveler which is awful or aware of the criminality but a coward, which is worse. At least an animal can't help being what it is.
She could have followed in the footsteps of Margaret Chase Smith and delivered her own "Declaration of Conscience" long ago, but chose instead to issue vague "concerns" about the behavior of fellow Republicans but never got around to doing anything about it.

    LOL: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/n...bombshell-days

"It leads me that there will be articles of impeachment. I think weíve known that. I think it was just confirmed today, and then substantively what we heard from the chairman just now is, itís over," Starr stated. "We now know ... this is his position. We now know that the president, in fact, committed the crime of bribery. The something of value, that's litigable. But, I think articles of impeachment are being drawn up if they havenít already been drawn up. So, it depends will it be bipartisan and so forth. So, this obviously has been one of those bombshell days."

I didn't say I disagreed with the concept, just that you aren't supposed to say that part out loud.

I also think a positive side effect is that we can show our few remaining allies that we are in fact trying to remove him and they shouldn't give up on us just yet.
