    They're still guaranteed the right to be citizens if they're born to a US citizen, they just can't use the overseas residence as a "US location". There used to be two ways to acquire citizenship, this basically requires you to do one and eliminates the second.
    This article has the document. It is a puclication aimed at the military. You have to apply in the name of your child before their 18th birthday. What the efffff?

      Didn't read really far back. I couldn't find any reasoning behind this move. This is one more reason to get out if you have plans for a family. Don't they have retention problems in both the Military and Foreign Services already?

      (I think they stay up at night to think up totally stupid things to do)

        So with the clarification the rule is a white child is automatically a citizen but an adopted brown one isn't. That makes sense given the "morality" of this administration and its voters.

                  Meanwhile, Trump has asked for a review of the $250 million dollars earmarked by Congress for the increase in US military assistance in the Ukraine to fend off Russia.

                  Why is this a story? Because while it's being "audited," the money CANNOT be spent, and there is an expiration of September 30th on the funding...


                  Why on Earth could Donnie be slow-walking this for?
