              It will be interesting to hear if Cronkite and the CBS team realize Armstrong's audible in the final 13 minutes.

                My feed keeps cutting out. Don't know if it's my Internet or what.

                While we watch the Moon Landing, let's also remember this is the 43rd anniversary of Viking 1 landing on Mars and sending visuals back to Earth. Another sad reminder of where we should be now had we continued on our trajectory of space exploration.

                          This was about the time my Dad was practically passing out from excitement / tension. He wasn't part of the LM engine system but he knew everybody who was.

                              We had a color TV. Not a Quasar (solid state by Motorola for you younguns), but maybe 20" on the diameter.

                              Found the sides of the moonwalk. Now I have to find the projector.

                                Look at the full spectrum of the audio channels at Mission Control right now. Every single station is humming as opposed to the usual where maybe only 20% were up.
