I posted that yesterday...there is already an injunction against the action and the Judge is ticked off that he is being ignored. Even Trump's lawyers have no idea what is going on. Maybe he's tapped into the primal conservative brain. They all seem to be like this, more of less. Most of them are just a lot better at hiding it.
More and more I become convinced it all comes down to: sh-tty parents who didn't show their kids love. Emotionally withholding mothers and violent tough guy fathers. Which then they'll just pass on to the next generation, like child abuse. Maybe someday there will be a cure. Even if they put the question in, you can refuse to answer it and leave it blank. The fine for skipping a question is $100 and it is rarely enforced. They still count most of the partially-completed ones.
Worst-case scenario, one of the Census employees shows up at your door to clear things up.Comment

That's been the case for years. Fewer and fewer smarties outside of the service academies want to join up, so today it's a dumping ground for any ill-adjusted brat with a sub-100 IQ whose family isn't independently wealthy. A few years back, one of my cousins from the derpy right-wing side of the family enlisted and couldn't even get through basic, they actually threw him out for being overly insolent and incapable of following orders.
