Just before graduation I had the opportunity to speak to @RPI_Hockey captain @TommyGrant_2 . Tommy talks about being an older freshman as a d1 hockey player and also the unique recruiting process for college hockey. Enjoy @RPIAthleticshttps://t.co/APn9yw9f5T

This #HudsonValley college just earned top marks for being one of the most affordable places to rent in the U.S. Did we mention it's in one of the coolest cities along the #HudsonRiver too?https://t.co/brFx6APqPG@rpi @RENTCafeApts @discoveralbany @Vassar @Marist @ualbany pic.***********/9m60squEgU

Canisius doesn't get many kids from the USHL. That was one of the things Jewell brought to the table. Then again, it seems everyone just wants to recruit U16s these days so maybe that need isn't as great as it was a few years ago.

Edit: article’s dated 6/12/2019, but no date on the pic. The writer took the pic herself, so I wonder when the last time was that she was on campus.Last edited by jericho; 06-14-2019, 08:12 PM.Uncle Mickey: July 23, 1950-July 22, 2003

Originally posted by DavidNardolillo View PostI had heard from someone at RPI that WMU was on this year's tentative schedule. I assumed from the context of the conversation that it was a home series for RPI but I didn't probe for detail, so that might be wrong. It looks like both programs have an open date from league play on Feb 7/8.

Re: RPI 2019 Off-Season: Where Did Everyone Go?
Today is 16 June 2019. There are 111 days until RPI's next game.
This is based upon 5 October 2019 for the start of next season.
BTW, the halfway point of the offseason is at 8:36 PM on 6/22/19 based on a 7 PM start on 10/5/19. That includes a 30 minute adjustment since it was not DST when the season ended at 9:12 PM on 3/9/19.Last edited by Ralph Baer; 06-15-2019, 11:40 PM.
