Taking the day off of work to recover from the weekend and to run errands. Dad is flying back to Milwaukee tomorrow, and taking the train back on Wednesday. All this to go to opening day at Target Field and Fargo for the regionals.

I was looking at the calendar this morning and it occurred to me: including this week, I've got 5 straight 4-day work weeks ahead of me, and I'm only using 1 day of PTO to get there.

Have Fri off for the regionals, some friends hold a get-together every year for it. Good chance to catch up with everyone, as sometimes this is the only time of year we see each other.

Hubby was all set to go to Fargo with us next weekend, but boss's boss said that it was mandatory work day as it is end of quarter.

One MLS team, The Loons. I don't care about soccer either, but the new stadium is awesome regardless.
