    All he needs is GOP judges all the way up. That's how they are turning their alternate reality into law. As long as the final ruling says the sky is green, then it is.

            I thought that was odd as well when I read the news article on the lawsuit. I haven't taken the time to read the complaint since it looks like it's long. Are they trying to use the stuff about Trump to support some sort of malice claim? Do they even need to prove malice?

                  That's where you're wrong. The newspaper that's going broke is the one you don't want to sue. Lawyers follow the money.
