Fun last 30 seconds...St Thomas makes empty netter to go up 4-2, Eau Claire scores a few seconds later to make it 4-3 but Tommies pull it out.
They showed a replay on every goal, except the one that was waived off and would have put Eau Claire up 3-1. Really intrigued as to why that happend....but let's go Bulldogs!

Plattsburgh kills of a penalty and over 2 minutes of defending the extra attacker to win 5-3 over Williams.
Plattsburgh with their record 8th straight appearance in the semifinals that dates back to the 2012 tournament. They will play the winner of Elmira and Adrian, likely to be hosted at St. Thomas.
Kudos to Williams on a brilliant season. I think Halloran, Puppe and Heidig all deserve to be All Americans be it first or second team. Just a dangerous exciting team to watch.

So where does this put Plattsburgh in the NESCAC standings? 4th? William's was obviously the better team all night and plays in the best conference in all of college hockey...by the way...what time does the NESCAC team play next weekend? (Yes all TIC)
I will echo your final statement(s). William's has a lot of talent. It was a pretty good college hockey game to watch.
Adrian catches Martin out of position and the freshman VonRuden scores the OT game winner and punches a ticket to the semifinals! 3-2 final over Elmira
This will be the first DIII Women's semifinal with a 3-1 split West to East.

And Williams has 25 shots on goal...shouldn’t that have been like 12 goals or something?

Congrats to Adrian! And haha to Elmira, I said earlier Karma would catch up to this team. Hats off to Tim, way to lose with 3rd set of D on the ice. Katie, lots of folks pick for the D3 Player of the year... no points, nada. She is good but not worthy of it. How about Elmira's fans, total idiots with no class!
Exciting quarterfinal action! 3 of the 4 games were terrific back and forth games. Eau Claire was briefly up 3-1 but had a goal called back and then UST scored the second goal not long after. Certainly the turning point of the game. I didn’t have the sound on that game as I was watching 3 of the 4 simultaneously. Anyone know why it was called off?
Kudos to the 4 teams that advanced. Anyone still thinking the top of the West hasn’t pull even with the East isn’t paying attention. This will be their best chance to win one with 75 percent of the remaining field, and it will be on West home ice. Looking forward to watching the two semifinals next Friday. Unfortunately won’t be able to see Saturday’s final with Norwich men in action.

I did love the Elmira lady fan yelling “come on!” every 30 seconds or so on the live feed.

Assuming St. Thomas is the host, does the NCAA have to put Hamline up in a hotel because they're technically a road team or does the fact that Hamline is 4 miles from St. Thomas on the TES mean the Pipers stay in their dorms/apartments? Just curious how the logistics work in this scenario.
