                Don't see many Dodger games unless they're in the WS, but I'd always heard Dave Roberts is a good manager. Have to wonder at this point. I get it about using analytics, but a good point was made maybe on ESPN that he's had his best hitters on the bench for the first two games because he was facing 2 lefties and the guys he did put in were like 0 for both games. He does that in pitching matchups too. A guy could be cruising and he'll take him out only to have the next pitcher serve up a back breaking hit. Lastly there's a penchant for brining guys in cold from the bullpen right into a bases loaded situation. Seems to be overmanaging a team that's loaded with talent.

                  Blue Jays hire Tampa bench coach Charlie Montoyo as new manager.

                  Was hoping they'd go with Memphis manager Stubby Clapp.

                          In 2005, Baldelli's career was derailed by a rare metabolic/muscular disorder that caused frequent soft tissue injuries, fatigue, and other ailments.
                          Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.
