This plus some nice words for JM during Dave Starman's color commentary in the Czech game. You can't buy this kind of favorable exposure.

a stronger 'Mack team at Matthews tomorrow (they gave Denver a very good game). Warriors will be on nesn tonight as they take on UNH. (i know.. all eyes will be on the 4pm USA-Russia tilt). anyway, hoping Ruck & team can keep us going tomorrow night. Hopefully team back at full strength nxt wknd. Go NU, Go Team USA

In a break from our normal previews, here is a satirical preview of the weekend and of Merrimack done by our friend, who like us is a DogHouse alum and frequent game attendee. Hope you enjoy.

now if 'Mack beats us tomorrow.. joke would be on us. all that satire, wasted.. least we could laugh at ourselves on our brand new videoboard..

edit: seriously though, hope we can score a bit more consistently, than the last wknd

Trust me. The new ultrasupermegajumbotron is worth both the trip to Matthews and the ticket price.

i thought 'Mack had played well since their Denver outing. they got unlucky last night, not so tonight. they hung in & we couldnt get it going. credit to their goaltending as well. cant blame Ruck much, our offense gotta put in one or more as well. Regroup for nxt wknd, hopefully with complete team.

We didnt bring it tonight. Good gm Warriors.
Only bright spot.. beastieboard of course!

we cant score with consistency any more. Madden's return will help some, but pls Coaches.. lots of shots on net in practice this week. Screened shots, net front presence, from blue line, circles, wall, slot, wherever.. we are over passing looking for the perfect play.. let's get some SOG in prac this week. Go Huskies

Jamie Armstrong and NU part ways. Armstrong was the 2nd-longest tenured recruit in the pipeline, committing back in August 2014. Bounced around in junior hockey a lot since he committed.
