Unless needed for official security, as for a city/state visit, as in hired by government, an officer should not wear the uni at an event like this.

Heard the judge allowed the defense to use Texas' Castle Doctrine as their crutch to the whole thing. Because she was defending her apartment, even though she was on the wrong floor, the doormat was different, the apartment was decorated different, and the owner of the actual apartment was inside and it wasn't even her apartment to defend.
