I'd never seen this. Jack Black is a lot more self-aware than I thought.

I hadn't listened to it in a long time, and I agree. Terrific record. Also, the last one from them I actually enjoyed before Portnoy left.

            Dream Theater- "Images and Words"

Wow. Just... WOW. I'm in love. Don't have time today, but when I do, I'll listen to the entire collection on Spotify.

"I was told there's a miracle for each day that I try
I was told there's a new love that is born
For each one that has died
I was told there'd be no one to call on
When I feel alone and afraid
I was told if you dream of the next world
You'll find yourself swimming in a lake of fire..."

                2 things.

                1. Classic song and artist. Don't even come at me.
                2. The fact that this vid is 90~ years old, and we can sit and watch it on our computer/phone/etc. Amazing.

Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

Another Cab favorite, and a reminder that high culture and pop culture were once not mutually exclusive.

                  More Cab.

It's hard to pick a favorite thing about Cab Calloway, but the fact that he may have been the first headbanger has to be high on the list.

That's a good point, in a weird sort of way.
I re-discovered a CD I had, Pink Floyd performed by the London Philharmonic. Goddam, is that some beautiful music.
