          Mark Arm has absolutely destroyed my hearing until morning.

          What a monster of a show. We got most of the 'hits' and crowd favorites. Maybe a bit of a treat with their cover of "The Money Will Roll Right In" during the encore. I was also thrilled they brought out "Fearless Doctor Killers" (which I've quoted here a few times).

          I got there early enough that I was only one in from the stage.

                      The 20 greatest pop songs came out of the Brill Building or Motown. The Beatles probably chime in first somewhere in the 50s.

                            Hell, Alanis Morrissette's first album is friggin' awesome. Obviously, "You Oughta Know" is serious FU power.
                            Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

                                Pro tip: do not listen to L7 (and maybe the Runaways) when on the highway. You risk a ticket for speeding.

                                Also, Patti Smith's "Rock'n'Roll N***" is a great song, but should only be listened to in the comfort of your own home.
