          Yes. For 1944's Dem FDR, it was legal.

                                Executive in charge of AT&T's lobbying operations is "retiring" in the wake of the news coming out that they paid Cohen money to get access to the president. yeah, and before any of you "not Trumpers" start whining, that's exactly what it was, and you know it. Say it with me, pay for play. You hated it when you were accusing Hillary Clinton of doing it, but now it's ok? Leave Cohen alone, he's a private citizen.
