Debating throwing down some cash on the '19 ND - 25 HP increase in the works, that's suddenly a respectable performer.

Or I could ship the NB to Grand Junction and let Keith play with it...not quite rich or masochistic enough for the LS1 swap though.
More entertaining tangent than the team. I drove mine every day for 15 years, put 205k miles on it (ok, not EVERY day, since I got test cars pretty often)- but finally thought it would be nice to have a newer car back in '14. But I'm the only owner of the car- so restoring it will give us a pretty nice car for retirement. And it goes well with the Alfa we have.

Back in '14, FM had a great, complete, exhaust system. I should have gotten it then. Now it's just catalyst back- so I'd at least like to get a new manifold. But Keith will help me get it to be a great driver, again.

Why is it that the Lions constantly find incompetent coaches? We fired a guy who actually took the team to the playoffs for this?

At least it saves some Sunday afternoon time for projects. My Miata restoration will go smoother.
You have fun with that. I am going back to marathon training.

    Typical Lions.

What could have been a game-winning pick turns into a defensive holding.

Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

Riddick should have caught both of those balls, on 3rd and 4th down.

The text I received today (an oldy but a goody):

A man finds a lamp on the beach. He rubs it and out pops a genie.

Genie: Times are tough so you only get one wish
Man: I want to live forever
Genie: Sorry. We can't do those kind of wishes. No immortality
Man: I want to live to see the Lions win a Super Bowl
    Genie: You sneaky bastich!

Patriots v Lions on Sunday Night Football:

    I'll bet Patriots in a romp, 40-love.

Something for Almost Magazine: there was almost a deal for Gronk with the Pats.

Where he was going to quit if sent here or at least if he wasn't being gently stroked by Tom Brady at all times.

From what I've been reading, he was refusing trades to all teams. I think that's pretty cool, if you ask me, especially since NE seems to be on the verge of a decline....

I'm concerned that Quinn views Detroit as a farm system for New England. Talk to the other 30 teams once in a while

The Pats will be contenders as long as BB and Tom Brady are there.

Brady just turned 41. Belichick is 66. You can draw any necessary conclusions from there.

They are not what they once were, though. I mean, the Jags are good, but I was surprised that they beat NE. That being said, tonight should be a slaughter. And THAT being said, I said the same thing about the MN-BUF game today. I just guessed on the wrong team.
