No horse in the race, with the Gophers' disappointing season. But too bad they did put 3 Minnesota teams in the same regional, as obviously only one can advance to the semifinals.

That would have been nice to have a chance at multiple MN teams in the FF, but at least there is at least a 75% chance of getting one in.
Don't look past Air Force, though. They are very tough to play against and by no means an easy out.

They really aren't using hyperbole when they say the seedings mean next to nothing in this tournament. Especially given that it's hockey, which is already the most unpredictable of the sports given that there are so few scoring plays. I think the days of "dominant" programs are coming to a close.
