                      I was 1 in 56. Don't remember 60, though 63 is seared in the memory. 64 is a dim memory, 68 and beyond they became significant events.

                        I was born 9 months after Eisenhower's first term began but while living in Kansas, I do remember Kennedy/Nixon what with my father being born and raised in Boston.

                                Watching President Bush arrive at the Rotunda. Wasn't always a fan of his politics but after the last few yrs I have a much deeper appreciation of what he brought to the table.
