The rule seems to be that the actor's best Bond film is his first one. Maybe we should just have one-offs now.
Connery (Dr No is very good but obviously Goldfinger is his best).
Lazenby (OHMSS is my favorite Bond movie of all time, so it would be his best even if he hadn't made the worst decision in movie history).
Moore (Live and Let Die is his best though all the Moore Bonds are poorly written; not his fault)
Dalton (Living Daylights is OK, the other one is the worst Bond movie ever)
Brosnan (Goldeneye is his best)
Craig (the first 2/3rds of Casino Royale is excellent even with the gross bleeding eye sh-t)
So that's the last 5 Bonds all having their best movie as their first. A good sign for whatever black trans lesbian is the next Bond.

Very different. I thought Skyfall and License to Kill were laughably terrible and I like Lazenby a lot.
But I'm going to change one vote -- you are absolutely correct, For Your Eyes Only is Moore's best by a wide margin (despite the horrible theme song). The Spy Who Loved Me is good when it's on track but the goofiness is too jarring and insipid. This last is true of Moonraker, too. The non-goofy parts of Moonraker are actually quite good but of course are completely forgotten.

Here's how Wisconsin plans to save money to give to Foxcomm.MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Scott Walker moved ahead Monday with his plans to make Wisconsin the first state to drug test able-bodied adults applying for food stamps, a move blocked by the federal government or found to be unconstitutional when other states have tried.
Wisconsin's plan was approved by the Republican-controlled Legislature more than two years ago, but it languished because it conflicts with federal rules prohibiting states from imposing additional eligibility criteria on food stamp recipients.
Florida had a drug test requirement for food stamp recipients that a federal appeals court blocked in 2014, finding it violated constitutional protections against unreasonable searches. Walker filed a federal lawsuit in 2015 seeking approval to test food stamp applicants, but it was rejected because then-President Barack Obama's administration had not yet formally rejected the state's request to do the testing.
Walker asked then-President elect Donald Trump's administration in December 2016 to make clear that drug screening is permissible, but it has not taken action and now Walker is moving ahead anyway.
