Updating with the two departures (Paskus and Goransson).
        __________________________________________________ _________________________________
With today's news regarding Lohin, here's the updated roster for the next two seasons.

I'm going to go all the way to through the 2020 class on this page just because I try and keep a look out two years ahead. For the 2020/2021 roster, the only recruit that I'm not including in my list is Meehan since he's supposed to coming in '21.

I'll freely admit I'm guessing on some of the incoming players as to when they'll come in (not fully going by Chris' site)

        19/20 roster

        Defense (9):
        Senior:
        Juniors: Anthony Baxter, Croix Evingson,
Sophomore: Seth Barton, Chase Blackmun, Cale List, Jonathan McDonald, Dominic Procopio, Nolan Sawchuk
        Freshmen: Jordan Schulting

        Forwards (17):
Senior: Kenny Hausinger, Nick Marin, Colin O'Nei
Juniors: Charlie Levesque, Chris Schutz*, Connor Sodergren
Sophomore: Lucas Condotta, Michael Dill, Samuel Knoblauch, Austin O’Rourke, Derek Osik, Reid Stefanson
Freshmen: Carl Berglund, Matthew Brown, Brian Chambers, Andre Lee, Blake Wells

        Goalies (3):
        Seniors: Tyler Wall
        Sophomore: Eric Green
        Freshmen: Logan Neaton

        * == Redshirt

This leaves us at 29 on the roster, with the class breakdown for 2019/2020 being:
        Seniors: 4
        Juniors: 5
        Sophomores: 13
        Freshmen: 7

        20/21 roster

        Defense (9):
        Senior: Anthony Baxter, Croix Evingson
Juniors: Seth Barton, Chase Blackmun, Cale List, Jonathan McDonald, Dominic Procopio, Nolan Sawchuk
        Sophomore: Jordan Schulting
        Freshmen:

        Forwards (18):
Senior: Charlie Levesque, Chris Schutz*, Connor Sodergren
Juniors: Lucas Condotta, Michael Dill, Samuel Knoblauch, Austin O’Rourke, Derek Osik, Reid Stefanson
Sophomore: Carl Berglund, Matthew Brown, Brian Chambers, Andre Lee, Blake Wells
Freshmen: Andranik Armstrong, Jack Bayless, Owen Cole, Jackson Sterrett

        Goalies (3):
        Seniors:
        Junior: Eric Green
        Sophomore: Logan Neaton
        Freshmen: Aidan Harper

        * == Redshirt

This leaves us at 30 on the roster, with the class breakdown for 2020/2021 being:
        Seniors: 5
        Juniors: 13
        Sophomores: 7
        Freshmen: 5

This leaves Clark Kerner, Ben Meehan, Owen Fowler, Roc and Scout Truman as 2021 incoming players. All but Meehan are forwards.

Logan Neaton and the Spruce Kings eliminated Victoria last night sweeping them 4-0. They are now in the BCHL finals.

Andre Lee had a three point game last night, 1g 2a. Brian Chambers also scored a goal.

            From today's Sun article:

Following the season, Bazin said next season's freshman class would consist of at least five players, and the departures of Lohin, Goransson and Paskus will likely mean the class grows by at least two players, part of the reason Bazin and his assistant coaches have been scouting since the season ended.

NeutralZone has him as a 3.75*.

From October's AJHL Showcase article on their size...
Zach is a leader for his team, and he leads by example. His strong stride, and hard-nosed play can be tough to deal with. When he has the puck, he can be tough to knock off of it. He always seems to be on his toes and moving in positive ways to be a positive impact. His offensive instincts and skills are lacking, but his effort is not. Grade: B
Listed at 6', 179 pounds. In 35 games this year, he had a 18-16-34 in the regular season between Sherwood Park and Lloydminster. He had a 3-3-6 in 8 playoff games this year.

Zach will turn 21 in September. A little surprise about the comment about his offensive skills as he's been averaging a point per game over the past couple of seasons.

I'm still hoping we'll see another recruit for next season. I would imagine there's still scholarship money available with Lohin and Goransson leaving early. Not sure if Kaiser is a walk on?

I'm hearing rumors of another player also leaving early, but for now, it's just that. So then going by Bazin's comments in the Sun article posted last week, I'd expect to see about 8-9 incoming freshmen (his at least 5 comment, plus the three open spots). Currently your stats file shows 11, so it's tough to tell if there's someone else coming in on top of that?

The only thing that makes me wonder is Bazin out recruiting, since that's normally the assistants. So I'm curious if they've got someone in mind and he's a big enough talent that they need the Coach to close the deal?

I'm also guessing on when some of the incoming players will actually come in. At the moment only Kaiser and Chambers will have to come in due to their age.

Hopefully the rumors are not about a player that played a significant role this past season.
