Northeastern picks up commitment #30, Connor Murphy (Carleton Place). He's the only goalie commit they have, which is strange considering how many recruits they have lined up.

It would be nice to hear some recruiting news from the Hawks.

Matt Brown and Andre Lee are on squads that will play in the USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game. They'll be on the same team as well.

You pay a lot more attention to recruiting than I do but it seems to me like we're always near/at the bottom of the list, especially more than season out. Wish we could improve that.

I know. Makes it easier to keep track of them.

The 2018 World Junior A Challenge begins today. Matt Brown and the USA team plays the Canada West team at 9:00 pm EST. I believe the video feed is free in the link below.

A new recruit, '99 goaltender Logan Neaton. Logan currently leads the BCHL in GAA and is second in SV%.

He's from the same town as you know who. Hopefully something in the water there.

Correction - not the same town, but very close to each other.

Clark Kerner had a 4 pt game today. He's 6-5-11 in 13 games with the NE Generals.
