    Me too, although student tickets were just $.25 when I started and became $.50 while I was still there.

        I should've clarified. Alot of the freshman first year students don't have to pay. The Office of the First Year Experience generally has a budget which includes subsidizing the tickets. The sophomores second year students, juniors third year students, and seniors fourth year students still have to pay.

                  No. I would not expect an official announcement. It might be in the local papers.
