There have been some changes, but it's still more expensive than shopping at the regional Kroger brand.

I don't think I've ever seen a Whole Foods in MN. Couldn't tell you where they are, but I'd bet a lot of money that Edina has one.

There is one in Maple Grove and St. Louis Park right by Lake Calhoun. I mostly go in there to laugh at the prices

I've been to Trader Joe's. I blame State of Hockey for getting me addicted to a specific dip they have at Trader Joe's. But that isn't really a bad deal, same price as any dip at any other standard grocery store.

I have one fairly close to me. It'll never carry the bulk of my shopping, but lately I've been trying to swing in when I can to pick up some treats.

My usual list includes the orange strawberry banana juice, the peanut butter pretzel bites, the green tea lemonade, the cookie butter, the Green Dragon hot sauce, the frozen chicken tikka masala, and the Unexpected Cheddar. You can also buy individual bananas there, which is good if you like bananas but only end up eating 2 or 3 before they go brown.

Have to laugh at this. When we were drinking wine, our everyday wine was $2.99 Charles Shaw (aka "Three Buck Chuck") from our local Trader Joe's. And we weren't the only ones; it had achieved cult status among the intelligentsia. At the Trader Joe's in Cambridge, MA, you would see guys in tweed sports coats walking out with cases of the stuff.

We have one. At my old job I worked with one my current company's executive's kids. He was actually one of our best project managers. But he couldn't work for my current company while his dad was an exec.
