BHall also believes Bruneski is coming in next season. I tend to think Morrissey would be a great addition, but not sure about his health. Capone should do a year in USHL, and then he might be a risk for early departure. He has NHL framework. For me, I wish Thiessen plays another year in USHL... He probably won't get much playing time.

Maine will need a back up goalie next year.

Roster Projections are maintained here at the University of Maine Hockey Web Site. Only thing up i the air at the moment is Unknown Grad Transfer or Brady Gaudette

Bruneski is coming next year that was set when it was known Keeper was signing - Pending grad transfer that is, which hinges heavily on $. Morrissey is not ready. Capone has to graduate high school first. Another year of USHL is no benefit to Thiessen or UMaine; get him working with Alfie ASAP, NCAA strength and conditioning, legit backup next year and we dont have a freshman starting 2 years from now after swayman leaves, and ensures same Junior/Freshman spacing for the future Thiessen/Langford combo.

New recruit. Looks like BHall44 already has him on the spreadsheet, but didn't see his name mentioned. His current coach says he's the fastest player he's ever coached in 15 years in the game.

Well, he coached similarly sized centerman Chase Pearson.

Nolan Renwick got rookie of the year and top high school scholar for his SJHL team. Interestingly, Kyle Robinson of Nova Scotia got best defenseman despite Tim Gould being on the team. I have often wondered if Maine is recruiting Robinson.

Interesting, I was just browsing through commits from this league (CCHL) as well as the OJHL and noticed Maine hasn't been recruiting much from either league. Wonder why, looks like a lot of D-1 schools are recruiting both leagues heavily...

Only 22 PIM in 51 games looks like a good sign to me.
