    Also... in case you're wondering, estrogen is not a performance enhancer. I now need help opening pickle jars and my running times have slowed considerably. With that in mind, every run is now a fun run.

      Any extra prayers and positive thoughts would be greatly appreciated today. Brought my dad to the ER this morning. He has low blood oxygen and difficulty breathing. Doing a bunch of tests and they’re admitting him. I’m kind of freaking out.

                Liver isn’t doing so hot. My liver enzymes are all fairly high and I have jaundice. All of the other tests have come back good though.

                  Mine went wonky when I had gall bladder issues.

                  Hope they can get it figured out soon!
