      “Stewie” fed up with diving?.....Recently, I submitted a proposal to the NCAA for the creation a new penalty: the five-minute misconduct, which would be used exclusively for players who dive or otherwise embellish would-be fouls.         What about a 5-minute penalty for refs who mess up?

          If they can't call two minute diving as it is, what makes you think they'll call this rubbish? How about EQUALLY enforcing the penalties already on the books.
