Being a LONG time Badger fan (I'm talking ****ing decades), not to mention WCHA honk, it's very sad to me to see the best league EVER in college hockey fizzle out.

To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case, my enemy is a varmint....and a varmint will never quit...ever. The Southwest Conference was once the best football league in the country. Times change.

Do we really need another thread on this topic, or did Joe Thornton get traded again?
If you want to be a BADGER, just come along with me

At his graduation ceremony from the U of Minnesota, my cousin got a keychain. When asked what UW gave her for graduation, my sister said, "A degree from a University that matters."

Wait a minute! What happened to the WCHA? Could someone bring me up to speed? Did it dissolve? What are the recruiting and TV ramifications?

HAS ANYONE THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT THIS COULD MEAN!?!

Also, I have it on authority that Thornton is one of the few untouchables on the roster.

Those logos just scream "ELITE" don't they? Anyway, I noticed DU got another commitment from an ELITE 15 year old Colorado kid. Congrats. Couldn't have happened without DU's Super League status.

Looks like the future logos along the dasher boards of the 2014 Frozen Four.

I haven't on good authority that DU's latest recruit always dreamed of playing in a Super League.

Miami has a giant Redskin logo inside the hockey arena.
