On Tuesday, the Cornwall Colts defeated the Kanata Stallions 4-3 to lead their best-of-7 playoff series 3-1. Jacob Laliberté scored the OT GWG and added an assist. He was named #1 star.

It seems like junior games have a lot of strange things going on. I would have missed that if I hadn't read the newspaper account http://www.standard-freeholder.com/A...aspx?e=3028401. I suppose that the lower the level of hockey, the more inconsistent play is, and the more weird things happen.

It's too bad that there are no 30-second videos of the Cornwall-Kanata game online. It would have been intersting to see the final minute of regulation.

I'll gladly take 2 points per game at RPI for as many games as he stays. I don't see him leaving very early unles he suddenly grows about 3 inches or puts on 15-20 pounds rapidly.
