  • Tuesday Dec. 7th Scores: The Battle of Vermont

    We're live at Cairns Arena...

Norwich is about 1:20 away from faceoff with St. Michaels. A large crowd is expected and they might have to file into the ADJACENT rec rink for the game due to an ice issue.

The teams will warm up on the small rink that seats about 150 with no press box while they try to get the main rink ice ready.

If they can't get it ready, they'll play on the small rink and boy will be it like old time hockey in there if we get any sort of crowd.

For ECAC West fans, picture Hobart but smaller for the size of the adjacent rink that they might play in.

    Stay tunnneeeedddd..

Cairns is small enough. Maybe everybody could just relocate to Kreitzberg.

Never mind George and John say small rinks a go. Hope it's not a disadvantage for us.

Cotnoir scores back to back goals in literally seconds, both from Schroeder with Janke helping the first one. Wow, time out ST. Mikes. Ya Think?

Sorry I'm late -- just got back from Brady Earle's brother's HS game (they won a close one 11-0).

I hope George and Jon have cell phone chargers.

Prez can you tell us the lines McShane is using tonight, George didn't call them out with all the confusion setting up at the different rink.

17's -- if you're going to do this one, I'll flip over to Ducky and recap Platty - Skiddy.

1-0 Plattsburgh after 1. Skidmore goalie has made at least 3 spectacular saves so far. Pressure mostly by the Cardinals.

And no Ducky tonight. Rob only. Ducky is too old to sit in the stands at Skidmore (they have no pressbox).
