Probably only in an Olympic year.

Probably only in an Olympic year.Although two of them are on D, and there weren't a lot of high-profile D centralized (beyond Larocque for a 1/2 year.)

Although two of them are on D, and there weren't a lot of high-profile D centralized (beyond Larocque for a 1/2 year.)

In addition in general D's tend to develop later (compared to forwards). This is true at all levels, including NHL. Witness the small amount of college aged D's on the Olympic squad compared to forwards. Canada only had one, not sure about the US team.

Congrats to Kelly Paton...great girl. My D played against her when she was a Devilette...and played with her last summer with the Summer Storm team. Real great girl...and very nice dad too!! Congrats again!:)
