I'm not sure we know each other that well yet!

You guys got the better draw; was hoping to play UMass, rather than UVM. I think you'll win in 2 lopsided games.
I haven't been on here in a year...
Now I'm a dad. Holy crap.

        Which UMass will show up?
The undefeated team in March or the winless team in February
Hopefully this series will be more like the last game the two teams played than the 2nd game
Go! Go U! Go UMass! Go UMass!

Boy, that's a huge question. I give them all the credit in the world for going up to Orono and coming home with four points. They showed some guts and some character, not to mention played their best hockey since the calendar flipped to 2010 against the Bears.

It could go either way for the Minutemen. Is it a case of them coming back around, starting to find some momentum despite losing to BC last week, then playing very well to Maine? Or was it a case of beating a Maine team with big time goaltending issues that hasn't played well lately?

The bottom line is BC has had UMass' number this year and on paper, appears to be the favorite. However if the Minutemen can keep that momentum going, somehow steal that first game, then who knows?

Lots of questions that will be answered next weekend, but for tonight I'm just glad there will be 2 or perhaps 3 more games for the Minutemen.

St. Cloud and Bemidji both tied...looks like BC is a #1 seed in the NCAAs...

                  Can't believe BSU tied Huntsville.

Yikes. That's like us tying... I don't know, our women's team.

                      Lets go Eagles.

Time for a strong run too the NCAAs and a Hockey East title would be a good way to do that.

Just as long as we win Hockey East. Need to keep that in mind.

I still think BC is the best team in HE, and that they take two close ones. That said, UMass may be the most talented road team in the playoffs...if BC doesn't come to play, no doubt UMass can steal 2.

                          I'll say BC 4-2, BC 3-2.

Of course, the alternative (UMass in 3) would be so sweet.
It's easy to root for a winner...

I expect one blowout win and one close win in this series:

                            Game 1 - 5-1 BC
                            Game 2 - 3-2 BC
Brown Bears - 2014 National Champions

UMass played us very tough in a 2-1 game a week ago. Took OT to settle it.
BC has their hands full with the Minutemen. I see this series going 3 games.
