does anyone know, is Raboin out for the series or is he going to play? I thought i read something that he was out, but I couldn't remember where and I can't find it now.

They haven't said yet. I am sure that is on purpose.

Got a tweet from Allensbach last night, something about Marvin being suspended for three games for an "illegal" hit even though the checked player said it wasn't illegal or dirty (You listening, Mr. McLeod) and that Raboin is questionable and maybe doubtful.

As in we've never lost to them at home..

We've lost to them at home, just not in the National Hockey Center.

Or I guess you could say since you've been alive we've never lost to them. :D

I've heard conflicting things... is the Friday game at 7:07 or 7:37?

7:37. Regular start time for a Friday game in Kato.

Marvin being gone for three games means very little.
SCSU will miss him, but maybe not so much (?). He's scored, what, 12 points all year? The only downside is the Huskies will have to face the Mav's best player the whole weekend. :p

So no Raboin for Friday and questionable for Saturday? Let's see how this team battles without the captains.

the plus side for you guys is he took out guys that would have put up points against you...

we will miss him more on the penalty kill and any 4-4 situation, especially with Raboin out.

Starting to get excited for the weekend!
few thoughts....
No Marvin; bad prospect as he is a work horse(that tends to kick;) ) his points this season aren't a fair reflection of what he does for this team
No Raboin; definitely going to miss his leadership, but on the plus side Barta stepped it up the other week against UND, so hopefully he can do it again(or maybe we bring in Rioux)
No Fessler; going to miss his speed, good chance for Peckscamp or Mitch Ryan to step up.
I am going down to the game tomorrow night, for my second time in Mankato. I assume the atmosphere will be dwindling at best?
As for Saturdays game. The fun cheers gets dusted off and brought back
Who's got the clap, Mankato's got the clap
1 in 3!

Should be a fun weekend of hockey!

Thank god I didn't go to Mankato or my d*ck might look like a zit filled 13 year old's face.

STC, Festler is playing and Rioux is somehow traveling with the team, but not expected to play.

Said by someone who clearly doesn't get that points aren't all that you can figure out. By your figuring, Mosey > Marvin. Agree with that math equation, do it, I DARE you.

Q: How do you spell Fail?

A: M-A-N-K-A-T-O :D

CCFC, you gonna be there tomorrow night?

Because with the Raboin injury, there depth chart is down. Plus, we've got the Marvin suspension and question marks on some players, and haven't you heard Rioux's coming back as a dynamic goal-scoring forward?!? :D

You almost had me going there for a few seconds. Just a few though.

No, you see, Marvin is so dirty, he's going to take him out before the series even starts. That way, we still don't have to face their top guy, even without Marvin. It's all part of Motzko's plan to headhunt his way to the top of the WCHA. :D

I am going to be at both games, Euro.

It has been a few years since I have been to the concrete house that Chris Clark built. I am excited.

Do Mavericks play with boners up, or do they save that for the locker room?
