Ah yes, and then we gutted out CC in 3 games for the right to poop the bed against Wisconsin at the F5. What a "magical" run.

And then we were supposed to get some hyphen guy who was a monster on offense and he never came and then Jordan Foote got beat up.

And then we lost to Toronto.
Then we were supposed to get another amazing recruit that never made it here.
Then we didn't win a game for 15 straight.
Including... then we got swept by then 9th place UAA.

I see a bad hockey game as a high scoring game. I absolutely hate watching bad defense. It kills me

A bad hockey game, or any bad game for that matter is just poorly executed on atleast one side of the competition. There can be high scoring games were both teams are just playing amazingly that are awesome. And there can be 0-0 games were both goalies are just playing ridiculously. I seen it happen both ways. Horrible games usually involves atleast one team not being able to do anything, like the UND/BU game, or both teams looking like they should probably invest in learning a new sport, Tech/NMU series.

Early March 07. Minnesota won the MacNaughton on Friday and then started Frazee on Saturday, even though Briggsieve ultimately gave up the game-winning goal. Justin St. Louis had his one and only career night - a hat trick - after DU's Mike Hanzda dropped a racial slur on him during the Carny series that year and lit a fire under him.

I was there, threw my hat (SG's hat actually) on the ice. Not some bad looks from some Gopher fans, Mel protected me. We then proceeded to leave the arena chanting "we're number six" to strange looks, I had fun.

Quoted to get attention. Dorkisak will remember, I forgot what Jamie said. It is something like 75.

Yes.So more than likely, John Scott is next...he has another 16 games to go...although he will probably have to wait until next season to hit 70

If we're airing grievances here, let's not forget that we passed on the chance to recruit Dwight (http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?template=zoom2&Site=C4&Date=20100212&Category=SPORTS05&ArtNo=2120394&Ref=AR&Profile=1053) in spite of his professed desire to play for tech. (This was before Jamie's time, so I'm not trying to pin it on him)

He has to play in the games no matter what kind, for him to actually get to 70...

Does he actually have to play. Do games count if he dresses but doesn't play.

His playing time has been cut since Burns got back, and if Stoner gets healthy too, that would probably mean even less playing time. Personally, I'm hoping they trade Zidlicky and Johnsson at the deadline for some picks and give both Scott and Stoner more ice time.

Can't argue with that assessment...I'd love to see him and Stoner get more ice time

In other news, I think MTU is looking for one more defenseman for 2010, here is my list of likely candidates (All from BCHL)
Jared Eng
Garrett Noonan
Peter MacIntosh
Sean Robertson
Adam Hout
Bo Dolan

I would expect to hear something in the next few weeks.

They can dress for the warm up and then be a healthy scratch, but are on the roster. which has happened to Durno a couple of times, like his first games last year.

So does that count as a game?
