I had to leave early but a good win and more importantly good effort by the Bobcats.
We needed the win and the momentum for tomorrow

Glad your calculus is good, Sully! Good stuff.

I'm content to just wait until tomorrow and look at the standings then. Too complicated, otherwise.

Well last night was refreshing. Now, we turn to Yale in a game that really only matters in terms of pride. Our seniors stepped up big time led by captain JMB (2 G, 1 A). So many others stepped up too, (Barron 3 A, Dalhuisen 2 A, Arnt 1 G, 1 A, Langer 2 G, Atkinson 3 A)...the list continues. It was definitely a confidence builder and the team should go into tonight's game flying and playing hard. I don't believe any suspensions or DQs will carry over from last night. Brown seemed to have trouble losing with class...but that's another issue. It sure would make for an intense, chippy series in the playoffs if it happens.

On the 100 point front, Lampe and JMB are getting oh-so-close to reaching that impressive milestone that only a select few have at the D-1 level. Lampe goes into tonight's game and the post season with 96 and JMB with 94. I think they are both attainable, especially when tonight should turn into a definite shootout.

See ya up there tonight! Go Q!

                  BEAT YALE!

The Yale-Quinnipiac game, while ongoing, is now meaningless. The standings are set.

This game may have been meaningless to the standings but it sure meant a lot to us QU fans. Congratulations to all th QU team for finishing the regular season in such an outstanding effort. My wife and me are in Naples Fl.,and we went to a sports bar. She got the owner to put NESN (QU-Yale) on the largest tv. We had many in the bar cheering for QU, even though they knew nothing about hockey. Hi Mark and Wonger- you must have had a great time tonight. Good luck in the playoffs. Jim (sect, 113)

Thanks Jimmy! Yeah it sure was fun around the Bank tonight. Glad you got to see it down there is FLA.

As for the game, the boys skated hard and deserved the win. Clarke was strong when he needed to be and aside from a very soft second goal, he was very dependable. I thought Maricic was awful. Yale really needs to figure out that goalie situation if they are to compete with the big boys in the NCAAs. The seniors stepped up again with another HUGE performance from our captain JMB. Holt's wraparound was great as well.

The game lived up to the hype and the arena was rockin! Great turnout. Now, everyone has to do the same next weekend against those Green fellas.

As Puckie pointed out, congrats to our Men's Basketball team winning the league tonight and clinching the #1 seed in the NEC tourny.

Great night for the Q all around. Congrats to Rand and the boys and to Jack for all the success!
