I finally did really well last week with no one looking so will take a more public stab. Probably way over confident. Doubt they will move Amherst up to 6th or St Schol down to 9th but I feel they should. Also could have substituted Fredonia (SUNYAC BIAS) or kept Williams for #15 but on balance I think Colby has earned it.

1. Oswego 16-1-0
2. Norwich 12-0-3
3. Plattsburgh 10-2-3
4. St.Norb 13-3-1
5. Elmira 12-3-1
6. Amherst 10-2-2
7. Middlebury 7-1-4
8. Hamline 10-2-3
9. St. Schol 11-3-3
10. Gust Ad. 12-4-1
11. Adrian 12-3-0
12. Wisc R.F. 10-5-1
13. Wentworth 12-1-1
14. Manhattan V. 12-4-0
15. Colby 8-2-3

Fredonia has given up more goals (28) in their 4 loses then Plattsburgh goaltenders have all season (25) in 15 games. Sorry not on the Fredonia bandwagon yet.

Lets see their NC schedule

2 @ Lev Valley ??
1 @ Elmira (okay give them that one)
2 Johnson and Wales ??
2 Westfield State ??
2 Western New England??

Come back when they are not playing junior teams...I have a feeling it will be reality check for the Blue Devils come Saturday....

Can't see dropping CSS past Hamline no matter what happened this past weekend because of CSS's drubbing of the Pipers last weekend.

But I agree, I had a hard time placing Amherst with the way those 4-11 teams performed this past weekend.

I probably jumped River Falls too much but three points against CSS was impressive to me and I thought they needed to be in front of Adrian since Adrian lost to Hamline, who lost to St. Scholastica.

Middlebury is also tough to place. Should they be in the top 10 with a 7-1-4 record? Colby has played around the same type of schedule and they are 8-2-3 and yet might not even be ranked this week. Is it right? Probably not but since this is the poll, historical prominence and recognition is a factor and even if Middlebury was 0-25 I'd bet they would still be a vote in this.

River falls' three points were impressive, but jumping them up because scholastica beat Hamline who beat Adrian is kind of odd.

Adrian lost to Hamline who lost to css who lost to St norbert who lost to St scholastica who lost to St norbert who lost to eau Claire who lost to Stevens point who tied St john's who lost to Adrian.

So...I'm kind of confused as to where you were going with this :)

Adrian also lost to Hamline who lost to CSS who lost to St. Johns who lost to Adrian. Therefore, Adrian should be ranked below Adrian, I think;) .

What:confused: You would bump up Elmira a team that bearly got by Cortland this weekend and MSOE on 1/2 from sixth to fourth, yet drop Adrian who soundly defeated MSOE - twice -this past weekend from ninth to eleventh:mad: :p ;)

Ok, at least you moved Plattsburgh up a couple :D

Elmira is the team that put that one "L" in the consensus #1 team in the nation's record.;)

If they didnt lose to Morrisville i firmly believe they would be #2 behind Oswego in the polls.

More food for thought. Oswego idle, Norwich the only undefeated team in Div III. Not sure we want to be #1 this soon, it's a lot of pressure, but is it a possibility?

Oswego's loss is more impressive than Norwich's ties. (if that makes sense....)
