By coincidence (since I had my Netflix queue set before Houghton), I have Supersize Me sitting on my coffee table via today's mail.

The plan? Get at least a BK Quad (maybe add a double stacker) and watch it. Why? Because I can. I love America.

And I know Supersize is about McD's, but I am not fond of McD's.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

Get a 12 piece cheesy tots to go with it. Best fast food side dish ever.

I think it was Jan 8-9 that MTU is at SCSU. I'm planning to go on that Sat. Join me.

That just gave me a bizarre mental image... like Brent is Gandalf and we're going on a quest to destroy the one DQ Cup to rule them all. No idea why.

Then again, I could see St. Cloud fans as orcs.

I'll start working on the chin-beard, like a year ago. (Gandalf is the dude with the beard, right?)

                          Eastern Fake Time Post:

If MTU plays like they did against the Gophers, I would pencil them in for a close win, unless it goes OT. Then I'd favor a loss (first thought), mayyyybe a tie (second thought, depends on if the teams "care" enough for an OOC win, or they just want to go home).

If MTU plays 1/4 as bad as they did against WI.......it'll be an NMU bloodbath.

NMU is ****ed about three things:

                            1) Getting swept by us last season
                            2) Losing to us to start the season
                            3) Getting swept by our red-headed stepchild this past weekend

This is a matchup that runs on emotion above all. Tech is less angry and more resigned to their fate. NMU is Bald Bull charging for his big uppercut.

NMU 5-1, with potential for ugliness up to Foote v. Siddall levels.

Yeah, well, MN is/was pretty *ed too, and we didn't exactly kick MTU's arse. Just saying.

MN doesn't consider Tech a rival though.
