Lowell gets revenge by making the Bears use the parking lot as the locker room and then thrashes Maine 16-0.

The River Hawks will be ready for the Bears after being ambushed by Providence earlier. This still is a much improved Maine team after not being able to get the puck out of their own end for nearly a period last year except for a couple of icing calls.

Using the parking lot huh? They had better be quiet because they may wake up a growth-impaired individual with a car full of beer.

UML really didn't seem to generate many quality chances tonight. They had a few five minute or so flurries where they would control the puck in their offensive zone, but really couldnt generate anything offensively. They really didn't get many chances on the PP, but they didn't really look to effective. Maine was the faster team the entire game, and Darling played pretty well tonight to secure the win.

True that. The first power play was pretty awful. Every power play after that was so bad I kept forgetting UML was up a man and wondered why icing wasn't called on Maine.

OK Wally, I'll try. I mean fer Chriss' sakes...UML just lost to PC so they can't be that good. Its obvious we got lucky tonight. I try not to get too excited about road wins in November. I mean, we'll probaly lose to St. Lawrence tomorrow anyway

Congrats to Maine on a nice win. They dominated Lowell in every aspect of the game tonight. That had to be the easiest 28 save win in Darling's career.
