Made the trek to Potsdam tonight. Loewen was in net. First Potsdam goal was a weak high shot from about 40 feet out that Loewen didn't grab. Second was closer in shot glove side. Third was a scramble that managed its way in.Originally posted by Phil D. Stands View Post
PSU ran 4 lines all game. Bunch of freshmen got their first goals and points. Refs were clearly not calling anything. It's Tuesday. Thanksgivings in a few days. The linseman and ref were cracking jokes with each other at the blue line during play. Whole thing was a little bit ridiculous. Blatant calls were just simply not being made for either side. Only reason nothing was called was because they were incidental plays. No one was getting out of control rough or trying to get away with anything.
