Also of note - with the departure of Northland, the NCHA conference schedule returns to the double round robin format.

Kind of lame. The travel buddy with 1 home, 1 away against each team produced some better hockey. It's a lot easier to forget the game the night before when playing a different team.

I missed the two game series for a month or two after they made the switch to travel partners, but quickly came to enjoy the travel partner format much more.

Yes agree....and Dino Balsamo will be a senior @ Adrian for the upcoming season...
Five guys get DQed in the last 17 seconds of the game at Adrian last season.

No, Elmira dropping off the schedule wasnít because of Canton. It was because of the long-distance travel for a single game. Canton replaced Castleton and Skidmore, not Elmira.

I think Castleton was the one that replaced Elmira.
