I am happy Providence is winning, but would have been fine with MN ST advancing. Great uniforms.

If SCSU and Minn State make it next year just let them play each other

Would be interesting in a 'divide by zero' type of way.

Quantum choking, or something.

I think Providence gets an advantage having the game where it is, but not nearly enough of one to explain overcoming a 3-0 deficit. Mankato choked again, plain and simple.

Wasn't it their best player?Like Sturm from Clarkson last night.

The team with the lead would pull their goalie.

Hilarious shots of PC students drinking some "smuggled in contraband" throughout the 3rd period lol

What does Minn State arena hold? Doubt it could accommodate this crowd. with standing room, a little over 5000.

Not what I was questioning. I didn't realize they could review at all when no penalty was called. Not arguing against it, keep your elbows down.

This is very over. can only review for a major.

Not home ice. This isn't Schneider Arena. yeah, they had a grueling ten-minute bus ride. Not a home game at all.

Why doesn't MN ST host in Minneapolis every other year? Do they?

Whether you like the ESPN announcing crew or not, I would recommend WRBB for the 4:30 game. Northeastern student radio consistently has one of the best broadcasts in the country. Also, listening to the audio allows you to multitask and watch the UMD/BGSU game.

A regional with an atmosphere! No wonder so many of you are ****ed about it.

Great uni game. ND-Clarkson was also easy on the eyes.

For years I argued that games at the X were home games for the Gophers but was told repeatedly that they weren't. So neither is this.

Don't like it? Bid to host.

Gopher fans have lots of room to talk on this subject.

It wouldn't seem right if we didn't.

And I agree that the games at the Xcel were home games for the Gophers. Providence wasn't the host., but they got home advantage anyway.

Mark Divver reported Providence did not put in a bid for the next regional cycle, conflict with another event.
