Should UM just hire the coach of the winner of West Region? It works for me.

No, you should hire the commissioner of the league that wins the West Regional. I hear hiring a commissioner worked out great for a different B1G team.

Do you really want Bob DiGregorio behind the Gopher bench?

“If we weren’t playing hockey, we’d all have a good time this weekend,” Motzko said of the coaches. “Problem is, we all have hockey games to play. I know it’s a great story. ... The four staffs, they’ll have a little fun, but it’s all business behind the scenes. ... We’re here to play some hockey.”

They should not only hire the winner of the west regional, but hire the winners of the midwest, east, and northeast regional as assistance coaches!

All hail our new Gopher overlords!
