Re: Harvard & Dartmouth @ RPI & Union (1/13, 1/14)
Harvard has a very, very good team. They beat RPI by four goals in Cambridge. While the Crimson will not have the home-ice advantage at Houston Field House, it is questionable whether RPI will have any home-ice advantage to speak of. I doubt that a great many students will be inspired to hurry back early from their Christmas break to root on a team with a 3-19-1 record. Hard to see Friday night's game as anything other than another decisive win for Harvard.
Dartmouth has been more in and out. They will be playing a 10th-ranked Union team on Friday night and, of the two games they will play this weekend, that has to be the one they will be pointing for. The Big Green will have to guard against a letdown when they come to Troy Saturday night, especially since, with it being Autism Awareness night, the atmosphere at the Field House is likely to be very subdued.
At least the fans, those who come on Saturday night, will be discouraged from cursing too loudly when the Engineers make a misplay.
