Okay, I'm late -- get those ballots in for week 1 before the games start tomorrow evening at 6pm. We'll get on a more traditional schedule next week!

Closer than I originally thought this would be. Could go either way but I'll go with Ann-Renee Tres Bien (and my gut) for now.

3 Clarkson
4 Boston College
5 Princeton
6 Colgate
7 Quinnipiac
This group could be completely shuffled around and it wouldn't surprise me. Had a tough time deciding whether to go with Princeton on top of Colgate or the other way around and decided to go with the team that has 86 seniors. 7th sounds like I'm dissing Quinnipiac more than I mean to, but I think 3 to 7 is close. I am fairly confident Clarkson will be above QU, though.

8 Northeastern
*Strong* recruiting class. Did not lose much beyond Coyne, and there was talent there. Rumors of their demise have been greatly exaggerated.

9 Minnesota-Duluth
10 Boston University
Close between these two. Also pretty close to Northeastern. But they both have a lot of ground to make up relative to the rest, so they need to prove it before they go any higher.

What am I missing regarding Princeton? I like Koelzer, but the Tigers couldn't get out of the quarters in the ECAC Tourney, their goalie is now gone, and after seeing them and the F-Hawks a week apart last March, UND was a much tougher team. I don't see Princeton as top four in the ECAC.

That's how I feel about North Dakota. They return a single player with double digit points, and lose Ebbly Bebbly...

what is up with everybody basing their decision on last year?
TTT, talk to this guy and convince him UND will not be up to last years team

Freshman goalie Steph Neatby was named to Canada'a U22 team, Newell's backup DeSilva played 5 games and her stats look pretty good
return the ECAC leading scorer

really, you new people should listen more and post less

I'd enter my ranking, but I don't want to ruin Wisco's unanimous decision

That's how I feel about North Dakota. They return a single player with double digit points, and lose Ebbly Bebbly...After watching how BC's last couple seasons played out, you should know that it isn't all about putting up gaudy offensive statistics. The teams that have a chance to win if they only score one goal can get by with less punch.

I get that. But ND is going to miss SAB. They aren't going to have a chance to win if they score only 1 goal this time around.
