The game is on NBCSN right now , he has 3-4 shots, hit a post on the PP. Sad note, he left the ice after getting hit inside the knee with a slap shot. hopefully just a stinger. Edit, He just came back in the game.

Agostino scored his first goal as a Blue after returning from injury, great glove side shot on a breakaway. Also an assist in his second game.

Looks like Yale will most likely host a first round ECAC playoff as a 6 or 7 seed. This years ECAC tourney will be very tough within the bottom eight, I think the survivors might have a good chance against the 3-4 seeds. http://board.uscho.com/showthread.ph...ndings-2016-17

I would have to agree with you LTsatch regarding the winners of the 5-12 seeds having a good chance against 3-4 seeds provided one of them is NOT Hahvaard! They might be the class of the league.

Union may have something to say about that this weekend.

Solid game for Yale, especially since they came back from 2 goals down to get a tie on the road against a good team. After last week it's a very important point.

Tomorrows game against Colgate should be on the Patriot League network.

I was at Bridgeport watching O'Gara lose to Quinnipiac West in Bridgeport. Nice to see a come back on the road. Take careof business Sunday and it's a decent weekend.

A step backwards.....again. Despite the fact that Yale had plenty of opportunities, they just don't seem to have enough offensive firepower. Took too many penalties, too. 4 or 5 in a row at one point.

Four games left and Yale has only beaten one of those four teams, although they played very well against Harvard. It's won't be easy to stay at or above .500

The penalties in the second took the game away, they never recovered. They are too thin on defense and just get worn down. They had some decent chances, but Finn got in front of enough pucks to keep the game pretty even when both teams were at full strength. Taggert always ruins Yale games, always has to insert himself.

Classic trap scenario for Harvard tonight, lets hope Yale brings them back to earth.

                                Can Yale right the ship?

                                http://www.nhregister.com/sports/201...son-winds-down

The best Yale can muster over the next two weekends is to move up to fifth place from its current position of seventh, which would provide a favorable first-round matchup at home in the opening round of the best-of-3 playoffs.

But with Princeton, Dartmouth and Colgate breathing down its neck the Bulldogs could easily fall into ninth and find themselves in an even more unfamiliar position — on the road for the opening round of the playoffs. That hasn’t happened since coach Keith Allain’s first season on the job 10 years ago.
