I honestly hope we can start getting more Conferences other than HE to want to play us. Some Western series would be nice for the school.

Some Western series would be nice for the school. The problem is that Rand wants teams to come here, and rightfully so. He's said there's plenty of western schools that want to host us but few that are willing to travel east. Hopefully that will start changing soon.

No offense, but that is a weak non-conference schedule. Nothing there other than BU and BC (unless Northeastern decides to show up this year). So of the non-conference games, 2/10 (20%) are likely meaningful.

It's practically the same non conference schedule as last year minus holy Cross, UConn and St. Cloud State. Playing BC makes up for st cloud especially if we can get ferris state in the 2nd game.

As a season ticket holder I'm more upset at the loss of 2 or 3 home games.

I'm sure that Maine not coming to town has you the most upset!:D

This is exactly it. If we win every OOC game then no one will have any weight in the argument of how weak of a schedule it was.

Hi All -

A loyal Bobcat supporter glad to officially join the board for the coming year. Though it wasn't the greatest outcome, pleased to see that ESPN2 replayed the National Championship game this morning. Taped it and will get a chance to re-watch and build enthusiasm for the coming season.

Can't wait for October!

I thought I heard UConn was coming to Hamden this year. However the schedules I've seen don't seem to have UConn listed at all. That's too bad if true. I think at least an annual game helps both programs. Better than UMass or Maine.

Hopefully he can bring some of that "Fire" with him because they went "Ice Cold" last postseason.
