The unfortunate thing is the folks up North will vote against their own best interests and re-elect the nasty witch from N.P. and their UA_ "friend" who in addition to voting for the cuts led the charge to put guns on campus.Originally Posted by aparch

From ADN:
"According to NCAA, the (UAF) hockey team used ineligible players in every game played from the 2007-08 season to the 2010-11 season. Over that span, the wins and ties will all become losses. 4 wins and 2 ties came against rival UAA".
UAF is 56-86-12 vs. UAA.

Re: UAA recruits
Chris Heisenberg listed a new recruit Anchorage born Mason Anderson, 6'2" defenseman, played juniors last year with the Weyburn Red Wings of the SJHA. Good to see another kid from Alaska join the team.GO SEAWOLVES!!

It would be way cool if we could keep all the guys at home.

UAF made the kind of hockey history on October 10th 2015 that no team wants to claim – the Nanooks became the first NCAA Division I victim of Arizona State.

Re: UAA recruits
Hate to beat a dead horse but yeah: http://board.uscho.com/showthread.ph...91#post6334291Just to be clear. My disinterest in this team became of the Uni's disinterest. Without the success of the hockey team, the other teams would not be where they are. Way to pay back the hockey team. **** UAA.

Even I don't have blinders this big, but props to the coach for sticking to his guns:

Re: UAA recruits
Not really about recruits, but UAA related nonetheless. Great article on Mantha's experience at NHL camp this summer.
