Good morning Lodge. Crazy wind-whipped snow. Not really sticking here but it looks so gross out. I have to go food shopping. It's also my niece's last dance competition ever. I saw her solo on Friday night and was hoping to head up to Lowell to watch her today, but it's going to depend on when this clears out. Not interested in driving up the highway in 50 mph winds.

Friday evening while on my way home from work there were some wild turkeys in the median at an interchange (I395 W to MN 100 S for locals). I didn't get a good look to see what gender or numbers. This morning I was on my way in to the office and on I 394 there is a center divided car pool lane. There were 3 or 4 hens and one big gobbler who was all fanned out and puffed up just strutting in the middle of these lanes. Not much traffic on a Sunday morning, but still...

Sorta. He has driven a stick but not often. I got rid of my last manual vehicle years ago. I got tired of dealing with it in traffic, it sucks in stop-and-go. So I'm lazy in my old age. We did get a friend who has a manual pick-up to take him out and learn the basics. And the race car experience I bought for him last summer was in a stick, although they just started in 2nd and went to third on the track where he stayed for the whole time.

The windshield wiper blade on the driver side just fell off while I was trying to clean to snow off my car. It had fallen off a few months back but I managed to get it back on. I can't figure out how to do it and it's cold so my fingers are numb. I called AAA, I have a Gold membership. Naturally, they won't come to help. Isn't that what Roadside Assistance is for????? Why do I pay them all that money every year???? While I was trying to get the blade on, the arm snapped back on the glass and cracked it. Great. I am so ****ed right now I can't begin to tell you. I ****ing hate this weather.
