Terrible game. The ice was even worse. Hope they get that worked out for tomorrow.

The ice was terriblessed tonight which probably favored Cornell. Puck was bouncing everywhere. I expect it to be much better tomorrow without a woman's game but man was that bad. Game was very chippy as well. Now the 2 plus hour drive home from Hamden.

Mainly due to the officiating... another terrible job, especially the missed interference in the last 2 minutes. Taggart was awful again, but better than last night.

Between defensive lapses and Garteig letting in some soft ones, we cooked our own goose tonight. Must give a better effort tomorrow or a chance for the Whitelaw will have to wait another year.

Yeah, that was not a good performance at all. Might be one of their worst games of the season. Still, despite playing that poorly, they were right there at the end.

That being said, each of the other two times they lost, it seemed to tick them off and send them on a run. Hopefully this loss does the same. They haven't lost back-to-back games all season, no reason to start now.

Couple of other sidetracky things -- the game operations have improved so much in the last couple of years. The replays on the board are timely, the music is better ... they've gotten really good at the game ops, which is cool to see.

Finally -- so happy I was able to get up to Hamden, and great to see Mark and Luke. But it was also great to see so many familiar faces from the administrative side. And I continue to get reminded why I love the University so much. There are so many great people who work there, so many great people who treat you like family, like a long-lost friend. Quinnipiac is a special place.

                    Likewise sir.

A quick turnaround with an hour less sleep for Game 3 today. We need to refocus, dig in, and play our game. Defense needs a much more solid effort than last night. Garts needs to be at his best. We've proven we can get past Gillam if we can get to the net so keep it going. Let's finish these guys off and go to Lake Placid!

                    Go Q!

I've had a great time there the past 2 years. Unfortunately it looks like I won't be going next weekend due to some financial constraints.

I've got a regional to get to and possibly Tampa so will be closely watching the expendable income closely. That may change after we win tonight...

Last night was the last game of the year we could lose and keep all of our hardware dreams alive. Boys have to rattle of 7 in a row now. Game 3 against Cornell at the Bank...deja vu. Sure hope Bui is in the building tonight!
