I think most of us appreciate the effect Soviet and European style of play had on North American hockey. Back in the 60s and 70s, what international play was there outside the WJC and Olympics? I'm just wondering how much of a role WJC and other play at that level had on the Soviet/European influence.

Delayed tape sometime. There are alternatives.

My listings show all 4 semis on, three live, and the Sweden v. Slovakia game delayed to 3:30 ET or so.

NHL Network during the Winter Classic pregame just showed all the games live except for the Canada and Finland game (which overlaps with the USA game). I just love to see the Canadians overreaction to when they get bounced

Looks like Comcast has the listings wrong. Makes it a pain to get the DVR set up when they do that...

Finland has to get the job done, first. There's plenty of times we've thought a game was easy-peasy, only to get knocked out in the quarters.

I started watching with ~10 minutes to play. The Danes maybe controlled the puck for 40 seconds of that time. Maybe.
